What Clients Are Saying...

Jill Rose is not only a skilled coach and facilitator she is a master at connection. Connection with oneself, connection with others, connection with her. I have hired Jill to lead group workshops at women’s retreats that I host. The workshops are full of laughter, tears, and all the emotions that come with being seen and seeing yourself. She beautifully guides women on a journey that is incredibly personal even though it is in a group setting. She holds space for each person allowing for vulnerability and reflection in a way that feels safe and empowering. I love that she has been more focused recently on incorporating rest into her practice as I believe this is something we all overlook and yet desperately need. Any group or organization that works with Jill will come away better as a community and individually.

Let me start by saying I have been a nurse for 25 years. Nursing is a calling to care for others, which can lead to not caring for yourself. Especially during the past 3 years of the pandemic, burnout in nursing is at an all time high. And this is where Jill Rose comes in. She is professional, transformational life coach and her unique practice assists nurses in identifying their core values and claiming their inherent gifts. As nurses, we need time out to re-establish clarity of self, and our purpose. It is not a one-size fits-all approach. You will be seen, nurtured and valued as an individual. Not everyone has the gift of connecting people to what their purpose is, but Jill does. You will leave knowing the importance of taking care of yourself so you can better take care of your patients. And she provides you with tools and strategies to take with you.

Our healthcare related professional organization set out to create an atmosphere of healing and rebuilding during our annual conference in 2022, our first in person conference since the pandemic.  As our committee discussed how we wanted to achieve this in a professional conference my mind wandered to Jill, whom I had met through my physical therapist. Jill hosts a restorative and therapeutic yoga class twice a year in addition to being a life coach. My journey through the yoga class allowed me to see that much of what I was experiencing was related to internal conflict that I was working through in physical therapy because it presented physically. Jill’s ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, that focused on physical movement and restoration as well as mental restoration, in a group setting is what really made her standout to help us achieve the setting we wanted for our conference attendees. The committee co-chairs met multiple times with Jill to ensure we were on target with the goals we were setting out to achieve in our Rise and Restore Sessions. After each of our planning sessions, we walked away with a refreshed perspective and energy to move through the hard days ahead. Jill was able to hear the challenges and conflicts that healthcare workers were experiencing through the pandemic and coming out of the pandemic.  During our rise and restore sessions, Jill used mediation, journaling, and gentle physical movement to help our conference attendees dive into the experiences of the last few years and begin to move past them, into a season of restoration, resilience, and re-connecting with the joy of the work we have so much passion for.  At the end of our time together, many of our attendees were speaking about ways to bring mindfulness into the daily work environment and into their personal lives. I cannot recommend Jill enough for any individual or organization seeking resiliency and restoration.

Last year we found ourselves with a fresh team of diverse personalities, who were mostly new in their roles. There was a critical window of opportunity for alignment and trust building. Jill was the perfect guide for us as we found our way with each other. She facilitated a series of deep and productive discussions that resulted in a set of shared core values, an actionable mission statement and concrete strategies for integrating our work into our team culture and norms moving forward. Additionally, she invited us into our own self-reflection in a way that nurtured the whole team. We are through the honeymoon of newness and still going strong as a team acting with respect, accountability and collaboration.
