It’s no secret that physical, emotional, financial, relational and mental distress are at epidemic levels, and we often push ourselves to perform at unsustainable levels, resulting in exhaustion and frustration. But what if I told you that taking intentional rest can actually help you become more productive, creative, and joyful?

The Rest, Restore and Rise program is designed to help you prioritize self-care, so you can regain your energy and passion, and live a life filled with ease and peace.

As women, we often put others before ourselves, but taking time for ourselves is actually the least selfish thing we can do. When we are restored and whole, we can better serve those around us, and be the best versions of ourselves.

This program will show you how to incorporate intentional rest into your daily life, and help you transform from burnout to passion, exhaustion to excitement, and from feeling stuck to becoming unstoppable.

I know because I’ve been caught in that trap too – always striving and hustling to do it all and do it all well. Until I hit a wall. My body and mind were exhausted and I knew I needed to rest, but I felt guilty even considering it. That’s when I started diving deeper into why women feel compelled to push themselves to the point of despair. What I learned has revolutionized the way I view rest and self-care, and I’m excited to share those insights with you.

    This program is designed for you – to help you avoid the pain I experienced. I’ve been where you are and I know the way out. Rest is how we rise into the women we are meant to be, and I’m here to guide you on that journey.

    The Power of Rest

    Let’s embark on our journey by exploring the profound impact of rest on your life. Discover why such a simple concept holds the key to real transformation and uncover the barriers that prevent you from embracing it. Hint: It’s not your fault!

    Having listened to countless women who have experienced burnout, exhaustion, and the erosion of their dreams and passions, I’ve identified common pain points. Together, we will:

    • Understand the true essence of rest and debunk misconceptions
    • Explore the mental, physical, and emotional benefits of rest, some of which may surprise you
    • Uncover the underlying factors that make it challenging for you to rest—it’s time to release the burden of pushing that relentless boulder uphill
    • Examine the connection between productivity and rest, acknowledging that burnout is a real concern

    Module Two

    Discover Your Inside Voice

    Now, let’s tune in to your authentic self and unearth your deepest desires, unencumbered by external influences. In this module, you will learn how to attune to your inner voice—the voice of wisdom, clarity, and love.

    As women, we’ve been conditioned to doubt our instincts and seek external validation when we face struggles, lack confidence, or require guidance. However, everything we need to reclaim our personal power resides within us. Our task is to silence the external noise and embrace the gentle whispers of inner wisdom and contentment. Together, we will:

    • Identify the five essential ingredients that connect you with your true source of wisdom
    • Release the need for external validation and accolades
    • Let go of self-shame and judgment, embracing compassion and tenderness
    • Experience a powerful and transformative exercise that will profoundly impact your life
    • Witness lasting changes emerge within days

      Module Three

      The Art of Rest

      In this module, we delve into the practical aspects of finding rest that aligns with your unique life, responsibilities, and stories. While countless self-care options exist, not all will resonate with you or lead to lasting change.

      Here, you will learn techniques and strategies to cultivate rest and sustainable transformation. We will:

      • Uncover and release the tempting patterns of people-pleasing and the fear of disappointing others
      • Challenge the notion that resting is selfish and instead recognize it as the least selfish act
      • Understand the power of language and how it shapes your perception of rest
      • Remove unnecessary stressors from your life, creating a space conducive to deep rest and rejuvenation

      Module Four

      Life Audit

      To experience different outcomes, we must be willing to embrace change. In this module, we embark on a thorough examination of your life, schedule, and responsibilities, all without judgment. Together, we will identify areas where transformation is possible.

      During this module, we will:

      • Review your current schedule and stories, seeking opportunities for growth and realignment
      • Explore what truly nourishes and depletes you, uncovering the reasons behind these patterns
      • Create more space in your life for activities that bring you joy and fulfillment
      • Let go of obligations and tasks that no longer serve you, releasing the fear of disappointing others
      • Incorporate meditation practices to reinforce new uplifting and empowering narratives in your life

        Module Five

        Refueling Your Tank

        Welcome to the part of the program where we dive deep into the essence of restoration, ease, and contentment. Can you envision a life where you no longer struggle against the current, but instead gracefully flow with it? In this module, we lay the foundation for that sense of ease.

        Together, we will:

        • Define restoration and explore why it holds personal significance for you
        • Examine your relationship with stress and discover how restoration can counteract its effects
        • Develop a proven exercise that will help you maintain your sense of restoration as you navigate your days, weeks, and years ahead

        Module Six

        Restoration Rituals

        Restoration sounds wonderful, but how can you integrate it into your life without adding more work to your already busy schedule? In this module, we explore practical and personalized approaches to experiencing the restoration you desire.

        Here’s what we’ll cover:

        • Learn a model that clearly demonstrates the restoration process and its impact on your well-being
        • Create rituals and practices that are specific to you, enabling you to maintain and sustain your restoration without adding extra time to your day
        • Discover how to incorporate restoration on a daily, monthly, and even in-the-moment basis 

        Module Seven

        Embracing the Gift of Receiving

        As women, we often prioritize the needs and wants of others, sacrificing our own time and energy in the process. It’s time to shift this mindset and explore our relationship with receiving.

        During this module, we will:

        • Understand your unique relationship with receiving and uncover any underlying beliefs or patterns that may hinder your ability to receive fully
        • Learn how to receive in ways that align with your values and desires, allowing you to prioritize self-love and self-care once again
        • Liberating yourself from people-pleasing tendencies as you embrace the joy of receiving

        Module Eight

        Go Easy, My Love

        We have been conditioned to believe that anything worthwhile must come at the expense of sacrifice, hard work, burnout, and stress. But what if I told you that it doesn’t have to be that way? What if I told you that ease is the pathway to your dreams?

        In this module, you will:

        • Define and explore what it truly means to embrace ease and let go of the need to push and strive relentlessly
        • Gain awareness of any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from realizing your dreams and living with ease
        • Cultivate clarity about your passions and purpose, aligning them with the gentle flow of ease
        • Experience a transformative meditation on the power of ease, allowing its beauty and sweetness to infuse your being

        Module Nine

        Remember to Play

        As adults, we’ve been conditioned to believe that play is frivolous and unproductive. However, it’s actually the key to unlocking joy, creativity, innovation, and pleasure in our lives. In this module, we’ll do the important work of reconnecting with the joy and delight we experienced as children.

        Together, we will:

        • Shift our perspective on suffering and discomfort, realizing that they can be our allies on the path to growth
        • Examine how our busy culture hinders us from nurturing our souls
        • Rediscover the power of play and reconnect with our inner child
        • Disrupt the system by revaluing play and pleasure as essential elements of a fulfilling life

          Module Ten

          Setting Loving Boundaries

          Ah, boundaries—a word that’s easier said than done. In this module, we’ll explore how setting boundaries is an act of love, both for ourselves and for those around us. By establishing healthy boundaries, we create the space and energy needed to nurture our dreams and live authentically.

          During this module, we will:

          • Learn a favorite and straightforward technique for setting boundaries effectively
          • Understand why our brains resist change and prefer to keep us in familiar patterns
          • Identify and surround ourselves with a supportive village that aligns with our dreams
          • Recognize the loving boundaries necessary in our lives and practice implementing them without guilt or apology

          Module Eleven

          Breaking Free from the Hustle

          The systems we live in are designed to keep us confined and limited, perpetuating a never-ending cycle of hustle and striving. But what if we could disrupt this pattern and reclaim our well-being? In this module, we shift the focus from constant doing to the power of being, empowering ourselves and those around us to live with love and ease.

          In this transformative module, we will:

          • Define what living well means to you and explore practical ways to implement it
          • Understand the concept of “quiet quitting” and its significance in our journey
          • Set new rules for our personal “Code of Conduct,” allowing us to live boldly, freely, and lovingly without apology

          Rise Into the Woman You Came Here to Be

          After setting a strong foundation for your greatness over the past 12 weeks, it’s time to unleash your dreams and aspirations. It’s natural to be hesitant or fearful, but in this module, we’ll explore the power of “what if.” By embracing your dreams and desires, you not only give yourself permission to soar but also inspire others to do the same.

          During this transformative module, we will:

          • Uncover your purpose and align it with your dreams
          • Tap into your “Zone of Genius” and embrace your unique gifts and talents
          • Recognize and address the fears that hold you back from playing bigger in life
          • Learn techniques to quiet those fears, allowing your passions and purpose to shine through
          • Witness the transformation as dreams become reality and flourish
